. I have been a writer for
the Virginia Film Festival
, and I helped run the
Jewish Film Series of Congregation Beth Israel and the Charlottesville Jewish Film Festival.
Previous projects include co-authoring and producing a play,"Jerusalem Jones and the
Mystery of the Dead Sea Scrolls"
, which
was performed a number of times in Florida and in Virgina. And I have also co-written a
screenplay about the RMS Lusitania. I have taught English at Seminole Community College, now Seminole
State College 
,
in Sanford, FL, and also
at Stetson University
in DeLand, FL. I have worked for Light
Speed Productions 
as an Associate Producer. I was also the writer and publisher of the weekly
column Content of Character

In 1996, I completed my Master's Degree in English from Valdosta
State University 
where I also worked for the school's radio station, WVVS,
and wrote for its newspaper, the VSU
Spectator. In 1990 I got my B.A. from Rollins
College 
where
I worked for the school's Writing Center and edited its student newspaper, the
Rollins Sandspur.
